These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website www.useinkleaf.com (the "Site") operated by Inkleaf ("Inkleaf", "we", "us", or "our").

By visiting or using the Site, purchasing a product, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

1.1 Access and Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

1.2 License
Inkleaf grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit resale, reproduction, or any commercial use of our content without prior written consent from Inkleaf.

1.3 Site Availability
We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our Site but do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site at our discretion and without notice.

2. User Conduct

3.2 Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement and is processed securely via our authorized payment providers. By submitting your payment, you authorize Inkleaf to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

3.3 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled after payment, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method.

3.4 Reservation Deposits
Deposits made to reserve a product are non-refundable except as expressly stated. Deposits secure your place in line for production and shipment. Inkleaf will apply your deposit toward your final purchase price.

3.5 Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at https://www.useinkleaf.com/policies/refund-policy. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept those terms.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, videos, software, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by Inkleaf and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited Use

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkleaf, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, or data; or damages resulting from unauthorized access, interruptions, or use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inkleaf, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, use of the Site, or breach of any applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Termination
Inkleaf may, at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms, your activity poses a risk to Inkleaf's operations or reputation, or termination is required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in English. The arbitration seat shall be Hong Kong, and each party shall bear its own costs, unless otherwise ordered by the tribunal.

9. Changes to These Terms
Inkleaf reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inkleaf. Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later. Force Majeure: Inkleaf shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
