INKLEAF – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy governs returns, replacements, and refunds for products from www.useinkleaf.com. Customers agree to these terms upon placing orders.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Return Period
Customers may initiate returns within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your product. Once return shipping authorization is issued, products must ship within seven calendar days.

1.2 Condition of Returned Items
Products must return in original condition with packaging, accessories, and manuals intact. Items cannot show signs of damage, misuse, or alteration. Serial numbers and safety seals must remain intact. Inkleaf may refuse or reduce refunds for used or damaged items.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items include: gift cards, promotional items, products marked "final sale," and units materially modified by the user. Reservation deposits are refundable within the 30-day window described above; once an order ships, the standard return process applies.

2. Return Shipping & Costs

2.1 Responsibility for Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and fees incurred by Inkleaf during the return shipment.

2.2 Return Method
Returns must use trackable, insured courier services per Inkleaf instructions. Inkleaf is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Scope
Approved refunds will include the product purchase price only and will exclude shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees paid at checkout.

3.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by Inkleaf. Refunds go to the original payment method only.

3.3 Partial Refunds
Products showing minor wear, missing accessories, or damaged packaging may receive partial refunds reflecting reduced resale value.

3.4 Refund Denial
Refunds are denied for: returns without prior authorization, products beyond the 30-day window, and incomplete, used, or damaged units.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

4.1 Damaged or Defective Products
Contact support within 14 days of delivery at team@useinkleaf.com with photo or video evidence. Approved claims receive either a replacement unit at no cost, or a refund of the product value, at Inkleaf's discretion.

4.2 Non-Delivery or Lost Orders
Contact within 14 days from expected delivery date. Confirmed cases receive replacement or refund.

5. Warranty and Replacements

5.1 Initiating Warranty Service
Email team@useinkleaf.com with order details, issue description, and supporting documentation.

5.2 Warranty Approval and Fulfillment
Approved replacements will be shipped within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the defective item. Replacements ship to the original address unless otherwise agreed.

6. Restocking Fee
Inkleaf does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns. Non-original condition items may incur deductions per Section 3.3.

7. Customer Obligations
Customers must: follow Inkleaf's return instructions, securely package items, use trackable carriers, and retain proof of shipment. Noncompliance may cause refund delays or denial.

8. Company Rights
Inkleaf may: modify this policy anytime, deny ineligible returns, deduct return shipping costs and damages, and restrict service for abuse or fraud.

10. Legal Terms
The policy is governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes resolve through binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in English. Inkleaf's liability is limited to the product purchase price.
