This Shipping Policy describes how orders through www.useinkleaf.com are processed, shipped, and delivered by Inkleaf. By placing an order, you agree to the terms in this Policy, plus the Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within two (2) months after payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page or order confirmation. Processing times vary based on availability, production schedules, or volume. Pre-orders, reservation deposits, and backorders need extra time, with estimated delivery windows shared at checkout or via email.
1.2 Order Confirmation
You receive an email confirming receipt and payment. A second email arrives once shipped, including tracking details.
1.3 Order Verification
Inkleaf reserves the right to delay or cancel orders requiring additional verification for payment security, address accuracy, or export compliance.
2. Shipping Destinations and Charges
2.1 Global Shipping
Products ship worldwide from our fulfillment center.
2.2 Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and not included in purchase or shipping fees. Inkleaf does not control or estimate such fees. Consult local customs authorities before ordering.
2.3 Refused Deliveries and Customs Holds
If shipments are refused or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or inaction, customers remain responsible for return shipping costs, any customs duties or import fees, and refund deductions to cover those costs.
3. Order Tracking
3.1 Tracking Information
Once an order ships, Inkleaf sends an email with tracking details and instructions. Monitor status via the carrier's official tracking portal.
3.2 Tracking Updates
Tracking data may take up to 5–7 business days to update after shipment. Delays in tracking visibility do not indicate lost packages.
4. Delivery
4.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Timelines depend on shipping method, carrier, and destination: Asia-Pacific up to 5 weeks; North America and Europe up to 5 weeks; Rest of World up to 5 weeks. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, natural disasters, or public holidays.
4.2 Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Inkleaf is not liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery. Ensure safe and accurate delivery addresses.
4.3 Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact team@useinkleaf.com within 14 days of expected delivery if lost or damaged, providing order number and photos or damage proof. Inkleaf coordinates with carriers to investigate and offer replacement or refund per the Return & Refund Policy.
5. Address Accuracy and Order Modifications
5.1 Shipping Address
Customers must provide complete, accurate shipping addresses at checkout. Inkleaf is not responsible for delays, loss, or charges from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.2 Address Changes
Contact team@useinkleaf.com immediately for address changes. Once orders enter shipping or fulfillment, changes may be impossible.
5.3 Order Changes or Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, production or fulfillment may have begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
6. Delivery Expectations
6.1 Force Majeure
Inkleaf is not liable for delays from uncontrollable events including customs inspections or regulatory holds; strikes, port closures, or transport disruptions; or natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.
6.2 Remote Area Deliveries
Remote or rural shipments may experience extended times or additional fees. Inkleaf notifies customers if applicable.
7. Risk of Loss
All products purchased from Inkleaf are made under a shipment contract. This means that once the carrier takes possession of the package, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Inkleaf's responsibility ends when handed to the carrier, except for confirmed warranty defects.

10. Legal Terms
This Shipping Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under or related to this Policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in English. Inkleaf's liability for shipping claims cannot exceed the original product purchase price.
